Beckham, LA Galaxy to play vs Azkals on Dec. 3

MANILA, Philippines — British football superstar David Beckham and the LA Galaxy will visit the Philippines for a friendly game against the Philippine Azkals on December 3, the team’s officials announced on Thursday.

The friendly game will take place at Rizal Memorial Stadium.

Kick-off will be at 7:30 p.m.

The game is expected to draw a large crowd of football fanatics, especially fans of Beckham and Azkals hearthrobs.

Joining Beckham are Galaxy team mates Landon Donovan and Robbie Keane.

The Galaxy will also conduct a football clinic with Bantay Bata kids on December 2 at the Rizal Memorial.
